I was out for my walk yesterday and I had an idea about setting a goal for the new year so I decided to go for 2017K in walks this year. To make it more challenging, I will be counting only walks/runs/hikes and not my regular activity.
I am training for my 2nd Seawheeze half marathon so this will help me stay motivated for that as well.
So I got to a bit of a late start as I was sick, but here are my kms so far.
Jan 7 – 4.5K Walk to the gym
Jan 8 – 2.5K walk in the snow
Jan 9 – 1.5K morning walk to work 1.5K Evening walk home
Jan 10 – 1.5K Morning walk to work 1.5 Evening walk home
Jan 12 – 1.5K Morning walk to work (in -3 weather)
Total so far 14.5K
