Fitness Log Day 17: 10/6/12

So I went for a bonus Saturday morning workout! Felt pretty good until my Ex BFF walked into my gym and got me all stressed out. Whatever though, I am not going to let that affect my working out patterns. I may have even burned a few extra calories from the stress of it all.

Today’s workout time: 9:30am – 10:15 at Gym

Workout: Elliptical 30 mins Treadmill with incline on 4 – 15 mins

Energy before: 3

Energy after: 3.5

Comments: Pretty much what I stated above, I just jammed through the workout. I was hoping to do the rowing machine but I didn’t want to go too close to the enemy.
