It was hard to get up yesterday morning for my workout since I was feeling a bit stressed out about work, however I am glad I forced myself out of bed as exercise is really the best way to deal with stress. I wasn’t able to get up early enough for the extra exercise I am hoping to add in this week, but at least I made it there.
Today’s workout time: 6:30-7:05am at Gym
Workout: Elliptical 30 mins
Energy before: 2.5
Energy after: 3
Comments: I am finding it invaluable to have the eReader at the gym, however during this workout I got a bit teared up during the book which is a bit embarrassing but what can you do? I worked up a good sweat during this workout and really enjoyed it for the most part.
