Fitness Log Day 6: 9/18/12

So I have been bad in not coming in to do my training logs, but excellent in that I am still completing my workouts. I decided to stop logging the foods that I eat because I find that to be somewhat of a trigger for me to overeat so I am going to continue to work on my nutrition and continue to work out Mon-Thurs mornings at the gym and fit in extra exercise as I can integrate it into my life.

So Tuesday:

Today’s workout time: 6:35-7:05am at Gym

Workout: Elliptical 30 mins

Energy before: 2.5

Energy after: 3.5

Comments: I can’t recall the details, so I will have to be more consistent with logging so that I can remember the feelings that I had about the workout as I think it is a valuable exercise, no pun intended.
